Good fit
Sole traders, small limited companies, landlords and property businesses that need reliable bookkeeping, reconciliations, receipts, ledgers and clear monthly records.
Specialist monthly bookkeeping for UK landlords, letting agents and property developers. Clear, accurate records — so you and your accountant always know where you stand.
No obligation · Response within 1 working day
Property finances have their own rhythm — rental income, deposits, agent fees, repairs, service charges. I understand the sector and keep your records in order throughout the year.
Whether you have one buy-to-let or a growing portfolio, I'll keep your rental income and expenses clearly recorded — ready for your accountant at year end.
I can handle the bookkeeping behind your management fees, client accounts and operating costs — so your records stay clean and your focus stays on your clients.
Development projects generate a lot of transactions quickly. I'll keep your purchase and sale records, contractor bills and project costs properly organised.
Straightforward bookkeeping — no upselling, no vague promises. Here is exactly what is included and what sits outside my scope.
Regular recording and categorisation of all transactions, keeping your books accurate and up to date month by month using Xero.
Matching your bank feeds and statements to your accounting software so your balances are always correct and discrepancies are caught early.
Processing your sales invoices, customer receipts, supplier bills and payments — keeping your income and expenses properly recorded and traceable.
Organising and processing your receipts through an agreed workflow — no more lost paperwork or last-minute scrambles before your accountant needs records.
Clear monthly summaries so you can see how your property business is performing. These are bookkeeping reports — not tax or financial advice.
Where agreed and where you are VAT registered, I can prepare and support your VAT returns. You always review and approve before anything is submitted.
Jayne Marie Bookkeeping is built for clients who want tidy, regular bookkeeping support - not last-minute chaos or tax advice dressed up as bookkeeping.
Sole traders, small limited companies, landlords and property businesses that need reliable bookkeeping, reconciliations, receipts, ledgers and clear monthly records.
Clients provide records regularly, respond to queries promptly, use Xero or an agreed records workflow, and understand that bookkeeping starts after onboarding is complete.
Clients looking for tax planning, year-end statutory accounts, legal advice, investment advice, insolvency advice or a way to bypass onboarding and due diligence checks.
Jayne keeps the bookkeeping clean and organised so clients and their accountants have proper records. She does not replace a qualified tax adviser or accountant.
Getting started is simple, but not sloppy. Enquiry first, then onboarding, then due diligence and agreed scope before any bookkeeping work starts.
Tell me about your business, your current set-up and what you need. I'll confirm whether I can help and give you a clear estimate.
We sign an engagement letter, complete ID checks and connect to your accounting software. No work starts without proper paperwork.
You send records by the agreed deadline each month. I process, reconcile and send you a summary report — typically within a few days.
Your books are clean and organised all year, so when your accountant needs them, there are no last-minute panics or missing records.

I set up Jayne Marie Bookkeeping to provide specialist bookkeeping support to the people who need it most — landlords, letting agents and property developers who are brilliant at what they do but don't want to spend their evenings wrestling with spreadsheets.
I focus purely on bookkeeping. I'm not an accountant and I don't offer tax advice — that keeps my service sharp and honest. What I do, I do properly, and I make sure your books are always in order so that the professionals who do your tax work have everything they need.
Every client gets a signed engagement letter before work starts, client due diligence checks and a clear agreement about exactly what is and isn't included.
No obligation, no sales pressure. Tell me about your business and I'll let you know whether I can help, what's involved and what it's likely to cost.
