Secure document upload

How sensitive records are collected during onboarding without using public forms.

Do not use public forms for sensitive documents. The enquiry and onboarding forms are for information only.

Documents collected separately

If needed, Jayne will provide a secure upload link during onboarding. This may be used for ID documents, proof of address, bank statements, prior records and bookkeeping evidence.

Do not upload unless requested

Only send documents Jayne has specifically asked for. Sending unnecessary personal or financial information creates risk and extra admin.

Never send passwords

Do not send bank login details, software passwords or security codes. Access should be granted through proper user permissions wherever possible.

Document examples

  • Photo ID where requested
  • Proof of address where requested
  • Bank statements or bank feed evidence
  • Opening balances or previous records
  • Invoices, bills and receipts
